Founded by Mr. Mangilal Ranka, the company started as a small trading business in Mumbai and steadily built its presence through consistency, trust, and strong industry relationships. Over the years, as India’s electronics industry evolved, so did we. From supplying basic components, we expanded into a comprehensive range including ICs, MOSFETs, transistors, diodes, rectifiers, voltage regulators, MLCC capacitors, and SMD LEDs and COB LED chips, catering to manufacturers, OEMs, and traders across India. With over 35+ years of experience, Regency Semiconductors has grown into a leading stockist and distributor of semiconductors in India, backed by authorized sourcing, monthly stock availability, and a strong supply chain network.
